Whether they work depends on what car the Type R hub is on. Different cars have different size wheel wells and configuration of suspension components. And you don't tell us what kind of car you have, only your hubs and engine.

A 4.5 bolt pattern is the same as 114.3 because 4.5 inches = 114.3 millimeters.

I'm not sure about 115, whether that's really a 114.3 mm bolt circle and someone is sloppy and rounding it to 115, versus an actual 115 mm bolt circle.

Remember, the bolt pattern is not the only thing you need to match. You need to get the offset that, working in combination with the wheel width, will position the wheel in the wheel well for maximum clearance. And you need to get wheels with the proper center bore (that's the diameter of the big hole in the middle of the wheel), which should be 64.1 mm to fit properly over the ITR hub.

NVM - I see in the other post that you have a GSR.

I wouldn't go with any of the options you've presented. 16x6.5 is a bit narrow for an Integra (and will prevent you from using 215/45-16 tires, although 205/45-16 will work); I would stick with 16x7 if you want 16" wheels. And 17x7 is pretty big; I know you can use 205/40-17 tires, but it presents a very short sidewall, which means the wheels will be very susceptible to damage from potholes.
