Default leaking fluid HELP

I've searched so sorry if you have answered this before. Ok so im in the process of boosting my 96 civic d16y8. I removed the AC, tapped the pan and put a sandwhich plate in(I plugged all 3 ports). I'm leaking something. I left the low side ac line on but the one end that went to I believe the pump is not hooked to anything. I'm leaking fluid it looks like oil but very watered down and it doesn't smell like oil. I've leaked out alot maybe about 1/4-1/2 quart. Also my oil level has not gone down so I don't believe its actual motor oil. any one know how much is in the ac system? or any guess on what it could be? ill try and get pictures tomorrow.

side note: any one know what inch line I need for the return line? I have two 36" lines and that is way to long.
