Does anyone know where I can find a weld-on exhaust flange that will bolt up to the outlet of the catalytic converter??

Should be a fairly standard flange. Did you try calling a couple of local muffler shops?

If nothing else, try contacting kteller.com and see if they'll sell the flange by itself. They include one in their "weld up" kits.

used these on my car. very thick and will not warp. if you only need one chances are you could write the guy and ask
