so today i noticed that my car doesnt like me, lol. as i got out of school i went to my car up, started it and quickly died, then after two more times of trying it started, well about 3 hours later it didi it again, but this time i had to give it gas to keep it alive, anyone else have this problem? need help soon, thanks in advance!!

no cel, and had a complete rebuild about a year ago

 

You might want to check the coil and ICM in the distributor.

It's called the igniter unit for 5th generation Civics and the Ignition Control Module (ICM) for 6th generation Civics. In conjunction with the ECU, it acts as a switch to tell the coil when to make spark.
