Default I've got mad tube...

I'm one of those weirdo's doing the DSM turbo on my F22.. cept i took it one up and sprung for a used Archer Bros tubular manifold instead of the cast iron. So I thought I'd share...

Wheeeeeee my Archer Bros DSM tubular manifold showed up.. back from HPCoatings.. isnt it pretty with its nice black HT coating? Time to start mocking it up soon as the engine block comes back from Golden Eagle.

Oddly my T-25 turbine housing was shipped seperatly (I had manifold, o2 housing, and turbine all HTS coated black)... should have pics of it soon though too.

why would you get a DSM manifold on top of this, you should have gotten an f22 turbo manifold!

because im CHEAP. and i got this archer bro's off a guy local for 50.00 (they are 600 new).

50.00 + 100 in Coatings for everything + carbide grinder on dremel = F22 manifold

haha yah well.. might as well save where I can!!! My current engine has 170,000 on it and I figured I'd be way behind the 8-ball if I boosted it (esp since valve guides are shot). Last winter I built up the Mustang, I figured this winter I'd give the Accord some love.

rebuild the motor and add some stronger pieces inside if you want it to survive through the winter with that turbo....

You're boosting the 91 LX motor? That should be cool.

Yah... I figured I'd see what I could squeeze out of an F22A1. Tallying up all the costs of everything I've bought I prolly shoulda just done an H22A swap

But whatever right?
