Nope, You have to replace the whole top and frame.

Actually its possible. Their was a guy up in NY who did this on one of his customers cars. He cut out the vinyl window and stitched in a glass window. Search on s2ki.com, their was a thread about 2 years ago.

For the most part though, a full glass soft top is a direct bolt on to a non glass s2000 if you have the frame with the glass top. I did this swap on my friends car last year.

If you had the frame with the glass top already, then you wouldn't have a plastic back window to remove, right? Most 00-01 owners either replace the whole top and frame assembly from a 2002-2009 model, or you can buy a Robbins top, which comes with a rear glass, but made for the 00-01 frame. You still have to make alterations to the 00-01 frame to make it fold correctly. http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=448840

You have to replace it. If you do the install yourself, there's a lot of steps involved, but it seems doable if you have a lot of time and patience.
