full bluprint comp. headwork....is the labor price excluding the valvetrain components?

I know everyone disses JG, but I think they have a great price for the proseries head. $1400 is not too bad for a fully built head with full valvetrain.

reason why I'm looking for a head package right now is because ferrea keeps insisting, "and I mean insisting" that my valves will burn up like paper when I rev her up to 9000-9500rpm....I'm thinking that the stock valves will be fine for waht I'm trying to achieve.
