Does the engine also rev if the clutch pedal is up and the transmission is in neutral?

Is the CEL on?

Try cleaning the IACV and bleeding the cooling system.

Also try bleeding the cooling system.

Also check whether the throttle cable is adjusted too tightly. It should have 3/8" to 1/2" of slack near the throttle body.

The ECU tells the engine to idle up when the engine is cold. The ECU gets the engine temperature signal from the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor. If air is trapped in the cooling system, the ECT can send false temp readings to the ECU. This is more common than you might think.

Well, even without pushing in the clutch, your idle speed is way high at 1200 rpm. It should be 700 rpm. I think pushing in the clutch and slowing down is just worsening this existing idle problem.
