yes. sometimes my bottle jack doesn't work as well as my traditional car jack. there are also two tabs behind the front wheels.

those arent tabs, they are pinch welds, jack up from the rad support and set your jack stands on the pinch welds behind the wheels, per the service manual

the "tabs" you would use on a 4 corner lift? there is no problem at all jacking a car from any of the 4 side jacking points

smart guy. if a car can be lifted that way on a 4 corner lift. why exactly could it not be on a floor jack?

dude....WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? When using a floor jack you jack from the rad support or the tow hook, not the pinch welds, because you run the risk of bending them with a regular jack that doesnt have the pinch weld insert. holy hell man i feel like im in preschool on here.

why would you use the thin easily bendable metal of a radiator support?

Yeah, when we jack up cars at Discount we use the rad support or the tow hook in the back. But when using the lifts we just go straight up.

damn, now i can take the top part of the radiator support and bend it by hand, same metal as the lower part of it. i personally use the front cross member. its much thicker and stronger to hold a car up on a jack.

why are you getting so worked up? start condescendingly correcting people and you are bound to get witty responses.

The only reason you would jack it up in the front as spawn mentioned is because it is easier to put the car on jackstands when you do it that way rather than jacking it up from the tab.
I jack mine up on the flat spot behind and to the right of the tab and then set it on jackstands on the tab because my floor jack doesn't go high enough to use the front.

Yup. That's why most people call them "jacking points". (They're called "support points" in the service manual.) And yes, you can use a jack or a lift to lift the car from those points, as shown on page 1-9, the page before the page shown above. They are designed to support the weight of the car. You can even lift one side of the car from the front jacking point, with both tires off the ground, such as if you want to rotate the tires, or swap to winter tires or track tires. No problem doing that.

I do so every auto-x. Lift one side of the car, swap both wheels, move jack to other side and repeat.

I love my Integra. My Cavalier would twist so much if you tried that, the door couldn't be opened with it lifted by only 1 jack point.
