Icon6 speedometer problem, shows 10 Mph always

My speedometer and odometer stopped working. Many told it is speed sensor, I replaced it. It did not work, instead it always shows the speed as 10 mph as soon as I turn the egnition on.
Then I disconnected the speed sensor and it still continues to shows 10 Mph, can anyone help to solve this problem. I am guessing electrical problem, infact I replaced the ecu and trans cpu still no luck.

I suggest you search and replace the cluster.

Problem internal to cluster.

Well cluster is the one kept as a last resort but thanks for your reply,
I want some info on what might be the real cluster problem, I did not
open cluster because it is pain in the bud, but will update.

should try pushing on certain spots of the speedo dial, my buddy had the same issue for a while then pushed on the dial in between 140 -160 km/h and it started to work again, or it could be a loose connection, so a quick clap of the hand on the dash might fix it too.

If you search it's the primary cause. There's a cluster removal thread in the Accord FAQ that makes it straight forward and details what the issue is.
