Default Install tanabe front sway bar on ef!

I am going to buy a tanabe front sway bar for my 88 DX hatch. They only come with the bushing, should i buy new endlinks as well? do they offer aftermarket endlinks for my car?? IS that all i will need to do it?

And will i really notice a difference with this?

thanks!!
