How much of a differents dose the traction bar make for wheel hop is it needed. Also dose the 5 lug suspention convetion wroth it for added traction or acceleration of is it more of a show thing? looking to invest in car but not in the wrong places, looking at about 250- 300 whp.

 

5-lug does nothing for added traction or acceleration.

 

5 lug is the most useless mod i've ever seen.

 

i wouldn't say useless. you do get bigger brakes.

 

So the 5 lug suspention is just used for stoping then Mostly

 

i have 5 lug on my 97 hatch... was on it when i got the car... ctr LSD trans, omni street coilovers, ctr/99-00 si front lower controll arms, ZERO wheel hop, ZERO torque steer, oh and no traction bars

 

you can get larger brakes staying 4 lug though.
