Clutch problems
alright so i'm in the middle of putting a new single cam into my EF... i put in a new clutch and pressure plate....so after putting the motor in and all that bs...when i'm pulling the clutch cable to put it in the bracket thats on the transmission.. it was hard but then it got loose..now theres no tension at all... anybody have input of what problems i could of ran into???
Why would you be pulling on the clutch cable? Why don't you rephrase what your problem exactly is?
You should have the tensioner nut all the way loose on the cable and pull up on the throw out bearing arm (the arm that disengages the clutch).

i know its my **** up but i had it on there but took it back off to re-route but when i was putting it back on is when it happened... i've always done it that way with all the cable trannys but this time i guess i outdone myself... goinna pull the tranny off 2nite and see what i did
