Default Chrome or Hondata for stock JRSC setup?

I will be adding a JRSC to my P72 GSR. I will run the stock 6psi and no other upgrades to the engine except for 2 1/4" catback and aftermarket header.

Will Crome do the job as far as engine management or do I have to shell out $600 for Hondata S300? I'm not planning to upgrade the setup, just running everything stock.

btw: please excuse my mispelling of Crome in the title.
