Default Where is the A/C tensioner?

My water pump went out and I got the alt and power sterring pump loose easily but I cant find the tensioner on the ac pump. It looks as if it just bolts up flush with 4 bolts. I read something about a wing nut but I dont see one anywhere. Please help! I need this car fixed tonight for work tomorrow. Its 6pm, you think I can finish?

The A/C belt wraps around the A/C compressor, crank pulley, and idler pulley. The latter has a central nut that needs to be loosened and then the belt can be loosened by turning the tension adjusting bolt above the central nut.
