ok I have been trying to do this on my own so that I would not disturb anyone, but I have ran out of options. I have owned 2nd gen tegs ever since high school but have never done a swap quite like this. I purched this car from a friend that needed money for a car, and he was about to trade it in for that whole cash or clunkers thing but i could not let him do that because i love da's! anyways my problem is as followed: It is a 90 da, the car came with a B16A2 and a S80 transmission. the conversion for changing it from hydro to cable was purchased and not installed. Innovated motor mounts were purchased also but don’t seem to be working for this set up. i have done most of the wiring but need help or suggestions on how to solve this problem or correct it. I would like to keep the transmission and engine but need to know how to go about the conversion and mounts.

 

what kit do you have to change over isnt that hard. one of the hasport kits uses the stock clutch cable if ts innovative just go to the web site i think they have directions on there to help you

 

not sure yet, i asked my friend for the papers on all the things bought. I know is seems easy but so far it is a real big mess. i will try to find out

yeah it is starting to look that way, i was just wondering if anyone else has this set up, so maybe that they could give me some pointers. im ready to drive it instead of sitting in the driver seat and making engine noises lol
