Annnd what happened after 100miles on the new block (back to no block lol)

 

goddamn! lol 100 miles only? what happened?

 

h23 press fit rods
h22 type s (full float) pistons

Wrong wrist pin was used, had some play in the piston. Rod would go up, piston would keep going up a tiny bit more, then the rod would rip it back down. After 100 miles of that, the piston broke around the wrist pin and created havoc @ 7000rpm.
