Not to be a jerk but i wouldn't bother going to motorsports nationals. I went in 2008 and was very dissapointed. A few good cars were there. The guys from atlanta had a nice booth from s3 mag but other than that kinda dissapointing. Did anyone of you go last year? Just my thoughts about it.
Last years show was put together in 5 weeks. This year is guaranteed to be better. I have been working on the Motorsport Nationals Team and you need to check out the website www.motorsportnationals.com for everything that is going on. The biggest plus is that the demand was so big from last year that it is back at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. We have people coming from all over the country again and anything and everything that has wheels will be represented at the show. The show owners are completely independent of the previous group and are true car enthusiasts. This show is all about supporting the industry as a whole. You will see Roush Performance doing demos with their 2010 Mustangs, there are FMX stunt shows, Atlanta free style, burnout competitions, stereo sound off finals, amazing vendors, musics for everyone, discount hotels and flights for attendees and tons of media exposure for all who show. Honda-tech's very own member Shami -B00sted- is debuting her new automotive apparel line and lots more. Show your support - be positive our sport and lifestyle is on the uphill climb again.

i been to nopi nats every year since 1998.. I doubt this show will even be close.. No major sponsors from the west coast and 0 major vendors...
okay, i am looking at their site, I am not fking paying $65 to pay in the fking grass/gravel... WTF? Imports are in the grass area.. ****, even Nopi had paved parking spots..
Thats cheaper than what NOPI charged and you pretty much parked in the same spot. The last 3 or 4 years that i showed i know i was in the gravel and grass areas...not that big of a deal. Its all in what you make of it....if everyone has your attitude then it won't be much of a show.
boycott this show. go to tunerfest in dallas. there will definitely be mroe grassroots people and quality cars there. this show sucked last year minus a few nice cars. everyone was locked in and we couldnt leave. anyway yeah the parking area for imports is a bad place. the last year of nopi the club parking was there and it was rutted out, muddy, soft, etc. not for me. and the 65 bucks is ridiculous.
i find it odd that a list of vendors has not been released yet this close to the show. if there were big name vendors then that would help draw people in.
well im going regardless.. if theres no other nice cars there there will be mine, and its her first time out... as for the parking in the grass and gravel, ill see what i can workout when i get there...
Looking forward to seeing the Honda-tech Family there. All of the major sponsors are listed all over the website. There are major vendors from all over the country. There are alot of national vendors from the Atlanta area as well. Yokohama is participating for the first time at this event as well as Summit Racing Equipment, Advance Auto, and O'Reillys, check out Hooter's and the Hooter's Girls, Good Fathers Customs has a huge booth with Kenwood, some awesome wax and detail companies, Borg Warner Turbos, XBOX with the Forza 3 for all of you gamers, Air Force, Geico and the geckos, and many other automotive vendors. There is magazine and online coverage from over 30 publications. Keep the industry alive!!
See you there!

I predict Lambo doors to your eyeballs, and lots of geahh cars. Not going this year I am sure it is going to suck. They keep emailing me begging me to register, but I am not going to. Last year kinda sucked but this year will be much worse.

I remember LJ Garcia used to come here from Cali... Wtf did yall do to this show?
i heard it sucked. miserably. it rained and cars in the grass werent in grass they were in mud. from what i was told if you werent pro or some other bs class and parked inside noone cared about your car and they didnt even get judged til today.
last but not least...i heard there were only 200 maybe 250 cars in all at this show. tunerfest however had atleast 500 and ive even heard some say 700 or more in the pouring rain. funny there was no motox no drift no bs promo stuff just grassroots car meet people involved.
