Go with Moog ball joints and tie rod ends. They're OEM quality (Federal Mogul is an OEM supplier for some car manufacturers). I've read about Autozone ball joints wearing out in under a year.
autozone parts are of super poor quality.
"Do you really want to take a chance with cheap chassis parts to save a few dollars or do you want to do the job once and do it right? " even they're telling you not to buy them
Hey, don't forget windshield wipers. And aren't the employees at least supposed to offer to install them? The ones at my local store won't offer to me, but I see them change them on other peoples' cars. Either they hate imports or they think I'm just a random stupid kid and I'll come in asking for help. Ha, I bet there isn't a singler person at an Autozone in my area who has even wrenched on a car, they're all that stupid.

napa sells federal mogul parts or should be able to at least get them for you. I guess maybe they feel like only the older people need help with the wiper blades because they can't figure out how they go on there but once you understand it takes all of 2 seconds to change them out.
guess its a good thing those ebay parts aren't available at autozone then huh? lol. i'd use ebay ball joints an stuff. but, thats just me.

I would say don't. We bought the same kit for our 91 civic, and after less than a year, they were starting to wear out and the boots were looking about ready to bust open... If you don't mind replacing everything within a year or so, go for it... otherwise just put on the good stuff and you likely won't ever have to worry about it again...
but yeah, they will work.. they just won't last very long...
But since parts in Canada ARE more expensive than in the US, perhaps you can find an online supplier in the US that will ship the parts to BC and maybe you can save some money that way... (if they don't rape you on shipping charges, that is)

thats usually my problem.
i dont mind paying the extra parts cost here cause the shipping and handling fee's r retarded and add up the same or ten bucks less anyway + a 1-2 week wait time slapped on top of it all.
