skunk2 vs. ksport springs for 96 integra HELP
hey guys.im pretty new to the forums and ive been gradually working on my integra. ive been meaning to get some suspension mods recently and have referred to other friends with hondas who have boughten skunk2 springs. the lowering rate is 2.5 -2.25 " which is also the same for the ksport springs. so my question is which 1 should i get?
i heard the skunk2 springs are basically only lower the car, and dont provide so much stiffness and still allows some body roll. but i have no knowledge on ksport springs.
if anyone could give some feedback on the pros/cons for these two springs for an integra with tires 195/50 w/ 15 in rims that would provide a lower dro with higher stiffness and less body roll.
in addition, if there are any springs you could recommend with feedback, it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks all for the input

tein s tech is one of my favorites, they are a good deal more stiff than stock. ride fairly decent and perform well with a matched shock { like the koni yellow or orange} rates are something like 340/275 for the integra, in my opinion they are a much better buy than either of your choices

everyone i talk too says eibachs are great, i dont know much about the honda scene yet to make judgements on skunk2 or other brands, i just know eibach prokit as a staple of the lowering spring market, that being said, the lower you go, the more travel you remove from the struts.

various car communitys ive been involved with over the years, neons.org, jbody.org etc, just a bunch of opinions, ultimately it depends on the spring rate, strut control, and ride height. My current plan for my suspension is eibach prokits and monroe sensatrac struts to replace my 188k stockers, along with a suspension rebuild kit with brand new bushings. But plans are subject to change based on feedback.
i would go with skunk2 and tokicos. i ahd them and they were pretty stiff. i have skunk2 pro s coilover now and they feel the same as the spring and shock combo. thats just me tho

skunk2 springs with tokico shocks? or vice versa? and if you mean it that way, do you mean tokico blues?
the kyb adjustables are better though in my opinion cuz you can adjust them for whatever track/street etc..but their exspensive 600 bucks! but i don't know i just like how my skunk 2 rides cuz it rides smooth. no cheap ricer bounce if you know what i mean
well all coils in general are pretty expensive. i didnt get what you meant in that last post. skunk2 coils w/ kyb struts? do you mean you use skunk2 coils in the rear then kyb coils in the front of the car?
the tein s tech and eibach sportline are both decent choices. shock wise, koni konikonikonikonikonikonikonikonikonikonikonikoniko nikonikonikonikonikonikoni. it's like a no brainer. the oranges are 300 and yellows 460. no other shock in that price range can touch them. much better rebound control and than kyb or tokico. in fact if you venture into the road race section most of those guys are on koni. the s tech springs and koni oranges are a good match and you also would have a lifetime warranty.
i wasn't commenting on your spring choice, however i have used the Tein Htechs and liked them alot. but i was showing the word "boughten" you made up.
