Holy Batwings Batman!

Well you got a Project. Before you get all Flamed up by the "duh huh hu its rice" People I may help you.

Headlight, Seat held by 2 bolts and Wheel lugs are saftey Items. Start at the wheel lugs. I know many people whom (wont admit) run and have ran 3 lugs on all rims for a while. I would fix this first.

The seat is next cuz it holds your *** in.
The headlight sounds like a faulty wire in the plug or mabey a bad bulb ( I know you checked it).

Othere than that you have a very accomplishable task there.
Just time consuming.

Ditch all that wack body kit junk and you'll be good to go.

And this "." is a period. Very helpful when typing, try it next time so I don't get a seizure trying to read your post. Good luck with your EF!

craigslist the body panels, some people like rice and will pay for them old panels, then you can use that money to fix the seats and lights. oh and the rims in the back gotta go, i imagine a rim to the back of the head in a crash would sting.

actually theyre 16x3.5 been trying to sell them dont want it to look riced out want stock dont mind the rear just the front and sides. thx and the junkyards in sd suck *****. i got the crx seat from one of them and they didnt let me get it myself they said it was from a ef. its like a they pick your part crap almost everywhere. they pick your parts i tried gettin my money back, but theyre like u didnt buy the warranty so i made it stay, but i have bought some rails for another seat i got for 50 bucks almost new update it when i put it in.
im bought to do a tune up and oil change for it the people at autozone recommend royal purple, but i keep hearing that its not so great for the engine. so im just trying to figure out what kind of oil, filter, spark plugs, the wiresets, to get.

WOW. Do yourself a favor and burn that pile to the ground. the time/money spent
"de-ricing" that **** heap will not be worth it unless thats as clean as you could find one in your area.

Wow. And I thought mine was bad. While I have to de-rice a little bit, You have so much more to do, but to each their own. As stated before, start from the tires up! Get another lug nut, then work your way up to bolting in the seat, then the lights and such. I personally put royal purple in my wife's car, and I will use mobile 1 in my 88 hatch when I get it up and running. I use moderate performance wires, and am putting Bosch 4 prongs in my engine, but it also should be putting out about 300hp if I'm lucky. Hope it all comes together as you'd like it to, mate!

ya its a little rough, and for that just run 10w30 high mile, it would be waste of time to run royal purple in that

i acutally think this could turn a round fast if you could fin that parts. luckily nothing was molded so it will all unbolt and it doesnt look like there rust, but again it is in primier so you never know.

GET RID OF THE WINGS ASAP!!! that will bring it a long way haha

If you wanted to eat rice so bad you could have bought a rice cooker at Wal-Mart for $20... because all that thing is a Rice Burner... nobody likes eating burnt rice...

Obviously, good choice for a project. All those body parts are easily removed, so whatever, and you can find oem replacements for relatively cheap. Considering the quarters aren't all rusted out, I would say you got a steal for 300 dollars. I'd be more than willing to part with my stock body parts once I get the JDM parts swapped. Mine's a '91, but the parts will fit your '89. Both bumpers, fillers, and the hood are in good shape. Fenders are rusted out at the bottom, though, from where dirt and other **** accumulated over it's 18 year life and was never cleaned out. I got some passwordjdm fenders I'll sell for cheap, too. They're still practically brand new, but you'll have to tweak them a bit to get them to fit like oem. I personally am not impressed with them, but if you're experienced in some body work, you might get use out of them. They're not damaged at all, it just doesn't seem like they were stamped correctly. A few of the bolt holes wouldn't line up and the passenger side one didn't line up with the bumper or hood very well. The driver side one lined up like factory, except for one bolt hole behind the door.
