Default Power STeering line.

How do you remove the power steering line with the motor still in on a 1994 Accord?

very carefully... haha.

no, which line? #18 or #5?

the engine is only in the way if you don't have the right tools... IIRC, you'll need to take the cover off of the bottom of the rack to get the line loose. (be sure you use line wrenchs on the line so you don't round it off!) otherwise it should just be brackets and clamps and so-on..

If you are talking about the flexible line that goes from the pump to the rack, i'd recommend removing the fuel line (feed) so you have more room to work on it.
