Default need help on mods

hey guys, i have a 1999 civic dx, i just installed a short ram intake, and i was wondering what are some other performance mods that i could do to my car to get some more hp. im stayin away from turbo kits and expensive exhausts. i have a decent budget but idk what to get, dont tell me anything too expensive. thanks

leave it alone if you don't want to spend big money. Either turbo or a b-series swap is what you want if you want more power. If I were you I would choose one and start acquiring parts for it. Read around, you should find more info on both options.
