What color is spark at the plugs?

Is the CEL on?

Have you checked the mechanical timing and cylinder compressions?

If the fuel pump primes, the main relay is most likely fine.

Does the CEL work?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

Do the fuel injector connectors have battery voltage with the key in ON(II)?

Does the CEL work?

Check the plug wire firing order on the cap (see diagram). Cylinders are ordered 4-3-2-1 as you go from the distributor to the timing belt. Also check the firing order of the fuel injector clips.

If all is fine, check the mechanical timing and the cylinder compressions.

put about a cap full of oil in each and crank it some. without the plugs in and then replace the plugs or you could do another compression test and see if it did anything. If the test results are the same I would just sell the motor or put new rings in it
