Okay i have a good one here.... i have a D15b-VTEC bought it from "Best Japanese" i just did the swap about 3 weeks ago and every morning i start my car it idles high and starts to rev up and down but when it warms up it idles perfectly but....then it revs actin like if i would tap the gas and then it goes right back down and idles perfect and it does this everytime i go up to a light or at idle...... i changed the IAC-Valve and when i take off it lags,sputtering untill it reaches 4000rpm and drives smooth after that....i need ya help im really frustrated......THANKS

 

Is the CEL on?

Clean and adjust the FITV on the throttle body and also bleed the cooling system.
