GSR-butterfly vacum/type r ecu

hey i just buy a 94 ls with a 98 gsr swap. my butterflies vacum is not hooked up. but i have a type r ecu. am i making power? or losing power?

I believe your losing power, since your butterfly isnt opened. Unless you have single stage manifold like the skunk2 or blox and etc.
