Default Rear sway bar end link bushing, how to put in

so i bought a rsb with shot bushings, i ordered some oem ones from honda. Now it looked impossible to put in because i had to break down the old one in order for them to come out. What techniques do you guys use to insert the bushings?

I had to press mine in with a C-clamp. I used a socket to press it in so I was putting pressure on the rubber, not the center metal piece. Also, lots of WD40. When I pressed them in, I placed the bushing in at an angle so half of it was lined up alright, then I used the C-clamp to force the other half down and in. Using an actual press would have been much easier, but I don't have one.
