Default user sensors, passthrough, or actually usable?

Neptune/ectune both advertise the ability to set up your own sensors, my question is are they able to actually do anything with this data or is it just passthrough for datalogging? Could I affect fuel or timing in any way with these inputs?

I don't think that's possible Ive been using neptune for my H22a in an EG and Ive poked around the options quite a bit.. I could be wrong although I haven't seen anything.

That however is a very valid question that could be addressed by posting on the neptune forums or putting it in the feature request..

taking another look at it, i think the most you could do is have map switching based on a condition...

I would download the software and load up a fuel map and poke around with it. The person who wrote it is constantly improving it.

It's currently setup so you can datalog the sensor data and real-world values. That's all.
