Default fuel pressure

my 91 crx with d16y7 swap doesnt run right and i think its a fuel problem. theres a gauge on the fuel filter and at idle it reads about 35 psi. is this right? or should be higher? it idles really ruff and sputters, it has a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator on it that looks exactly like a blox racing fpr but doesnt say blox on it. how do i adjust it?

Loosen the silver nut and turn the brass piece.
