Default normal looking wear on pistons?

does this look like normal wear to you guys? (ignore the vertical lines, assuming i got some debris in the cylinder when i pushed them out which took off the coating, cant feel it with my fingernails etc)

pistons had a teflon coating when new and have been run for 3000 miles max. piston to wall to tight or is that how they normally look after a while?

cheers
