Seeing is how your head has been milled, and you want to check P2V... I strongly recommend that you degree these cams in. A quick setting is never reliable when you have a milled head or decked block. Once the geometry of the motor has been compromised, the only safe was is to degree the cams in.

That's only about 1/2 a (cam) degree of advance required to correct for the milling. After that I'd take the car to the dyno and don't go beyond 4 cam degrees when tuning the cams for best power. That's what I'd do if I didn't have the tools and didn't want to take the head off to measure clearance. Doing it the correct way will always give you peace of mind, reliability and the best power gains. The rest is up to you.
