Default 4.9 FD in D15 non vtec?Is it a good start?

Hi,i have a civic 97 sedan with a d15z4 non vtec engine and i'm interested to change my FD from 4.25 to 4.9.Is it good for a 400m?Note that my engine is stock.Light tuned like sport air filter, exhaust and iridium spark plugs.

20" slicks will give same effect and help with traction off the line.

Yes its a great start. Before I even put an intake on my car I put a 4.7 FD in it. Playing around with the trans I was able to go from a stock 17.7 to a 16.04. Only changes to the engine were a VTEC head swap.

i'll definitely go for it.Its the Mfactory 4.9.My actual FD is 4.25.I think it should be good for the 400m drag.
