help please mini me turbo

ok guys i have a d15b7 with a z6 head i want to know if it will be ok to run a greddy turbo kit on it with out blowing it

you should be able to im running the same set up besides mine is a d15b1 but if its stock internals id only push like 7 to 10 pounds max
