need help with my radio harness
What do you mean "seem" like they aren't getting power? Have you checked for voltage with a multimeter? Most 92-95 Civics I've done aftermarket radios on required the running of a new constant 12V wire. There are constant power ports on the under dash fuse box. Just use one of those female flat terminal connectors and some wire and you are golden.
check the fuse, it may be blown,
you can run a new wire form you battery, put a fuse in it, but everytime you shut the car off, it will lose all presets, and wont turn on when you start it.

There may be 2 fuses, one under the dash and one under the hood.
If he runs a new wire from the battery, why would he lose the presets? I have an Alpine I have hooked directly to the battery with no problem. The battery provides a constant source for power.

Check your fuses first. If your not getting enough power, you could just run a line from the battery, have an inline fuse, then wire it into the harness. You don't need to hook into the fuse box in the engine bay.
crap, sorry had alot of crap on my mind,
he wont as long as the deck sees constant power form the deck. sorry if i confused anyone
Why don't his hot wires have enough power? I have used aftermarket harnesses for decades now and have NEVER had to splice into any wires and never had an issue with power.
