Hey guys,
I need these done ASAP, and I just can't find anyone to do it. I've got alot of people telling me "no problem" and I end up waiting weeks for a quote, and so far I haven't heard a single price from anyone.
I need 100-200 of these little tags made, of 1/16" stainless. I know a few guys who can CNC them, but I need them punched because of the detail.
Overall dimension is ~3 x 1.5" ...

If you want them punched for only 100-200 pcs your nuts. The die will cost more than the material and 200 pcs. You want these parts waterjet, or laser cut with an inert table. Careful sending out drawings if you don't own solidworks, you might end up owning it.

They can do it
Tell them I sent you
I used to do the programming on their robot welder, they are capable of flywheel break punching you about 10,000 per day or they can do a small order for the lasers as well

markku, just email me a dxf or dwg and i can do them.
the only thing you have to keep in mind is that you cannot make a hole in the material that is smaller in diameter or thinner than the thickness of the material being used. something like that might have to be done in 22 gauge. i can have them done the day you send me the file if you need.
