Default HELP: Civic Wont start!

Okay, I'm currently working on 1996 Honda civic Hatch DX with d16y7 motor. The car was equiped with three alarms and I had taken out all the alarm. Before this, the car started up fine but now when you turn the key on to VCC on, the car does not have the humming sound then click nor does the battery light on cluster come on. Anyone know a first deal thing to look at? I've check fuse, relays and Im sure i didnt miss a thing. Help me out!

yea, the alarms usually cut into the main harness to cut power to the coil, ecu, and or fuel pump. The hum you are not hearing is the fuel pump priming. Here are the wiring diagrams for the Y7 harness. Get a cheap test light/volt meter/connectivity tester somewhere and start checking some of the major circuits until you find which one is not working. Then either try to find the fuse/break in the wire or run a new wire.

Good luck
