Default 1993 Honda Civic LX

I have a 1993 Honda Civic LX, I busted the top radiator hose and replaced it, only thing is I didn't know you had to "burp" the hose...The car started but white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I finally got that to stop after burping the hose, but I can't get it to start now. SOme have told me I have a crack in my engine, a blown head gasket or water on my spark plugs. I have NO idea what might be wrong with it! I'm frustrated at this point and would liek any info! Thanks!

do this..
check all around the head for leaks
do a compression test
drain the oil and check for coolant
pull the spark plugs and check them and look into the cylinder for coolant or oil
