iv replaced all bushings,new shift linkage. The shifter moves a pretty good amount while in gear. what else do i need to replace? Its really hard to shift with the shifter moving around that much, and it grinds the heckout of 3rd gear.

 

i hav the same problem with my EG, in for more info also!!

 

o rings in the bottom of the shifter or bad mounts.

I'd go with the shifter first due to heat from exhaust.
