it started happening after i put my oem steering wheel back together. after i installed my steering wheel i turned on my headlights and noticed the guage cluster and instrument lights were not on, i checked the fuse and replaced it like 4 times because it just kept blowin. can anybody help me?

 

There's a short somewhere. Has this only occured after you took the steering wheel off and put it back on?
