Well i bought this motor off a kid the bottom end is a d15b and the head is i have no clue . I tried putting my timing cover from a y7 on the top and the bolt holes dont line up. This makes me wonder when he said the head was off a y8. I see a circle on the he thes po-7? It looks like a y8 intake manifold. Could this just be a whole d15b motor? does the y8 intake manifold look exactly like the d15b ones that come off to the passenger side? And is there anyway to identify this head?

its going into a 97 honda civic is there a website that sells jumper harness from whatever obd this is to obd2 for the distributor?

 

Update oi found out what the head is 92 VX D15Z1 5sp------P07-1 but what do i need dizzy wise to make this work in my car also do i need a conversion harness of some sort or will this plug into my dizzy harness.

D15Z1 head? That's garbage, get a normal VTEC head.
