Extra valves on Skunk2 Intake Manifold
So today I installed my skunk2 intake manifold. I noticed that for the B16 atleast there had to be some modification for it to be installed correctly.
First of all there was a hose adapter on the bottom left side of the manifold near the throttle body that was for coolant. My old manifold didn't have that so I had to clamp it with my mcgiver hose trick I do with a screw, some teflon tape and a screw clamp.
Also there was a small hole on the top part of the manifold that I believe is a temperature or extra vacuum for the b18 motor. Now my old manifold had a hole right near the top at the entrance, and the skunk2 did not. So I used the extra vacuum line and wired it to the extra hole.
Everything is working good so far. Just a tidbit for people that are going to be installing this. It doesnt just go right in.
