Default JR Supercharger vacuum routings

Okay, I finally found enough time to install my JR supercharger on my 95' Honda civic. Install went really well except I have a couple of questions on the vacuum hose routings:

1. The instructions said to run a vacuum hose from the Purge Cut Solenoid valve to the to a fitting on the supercharger by-pass valve. The Purge Cut solenoid valve originally had a line coming from the charcoal canister, where does this line go now? Do I just cap it off?

2. I seem to have an extra vacuum port on the bottom side of the throttle body. Anybody know what goes here, or should I just cap this off as well?

I don't think these two lines go together; the line from the charcoal canister is small (3/16") and the vacuum port on the throttle body is larger (5/16").

I have started the car (with both of these capped) and its running okay at idle, and I don't have a check engine light on, so things seem to be right. Now to get it tuned!

The port on the bottom of the throttle body section is meant for the vapors from the PCS and PCV to be rebreathed through. On my car, the hose from the PCV meets the hose from the PCS at a Tee and the third hose at that Tee connects to the port you're talking about.

My PCS is still connected to the charcoal cannister. Something changed in this setup from OBD I to OBD II.

Okay, it must have been reallly late Sunday when I got this thing
back together. I found the OTHER port on the Purge Cut Solenoid
Valve and installed the line from the charcoal canister, solved.
The fitting on the bottom of the throttle body that I thought was a
vacuum fitting is actually a coolant line, appartently the return
from the fast idle valve. I combed the isntructions and eventually
came up with this routing: Line from manifold above #4 cylinder to
the fast idle valve, out from the fast idle valve (under the TB)
into the EACV valve, out from the EACV valve back into the coolant
cross-over pipe on the passenger side. Does this sound right?
