Is there coolant in the rubber line on the idle control valve on a 2004 em2

There's more then one rubber line connected to the throttle body assembly. If you're sure its connected to the IACV, its probably a vacuum line. If its the two lines on the left of the throttle body, its the rotary air control valve that operates using coolant.
