new distributor, engine cranks but does not turn on ??
im having this issue with my 93 integra b18 obd1.. i just bought a distributor for my car the problem is it doesnt want to turn on it acts as if it wants to start but doesnt ..it makes a hic up noise through out the cranking im not sure what step to do next..any help on this
