I have 10k miles on a bone stock b18b, runs good. Just be prepared for a few problems along the way, but most importantly get a good tune!

depends on the turbo and how much your boosting as well as your tune. keep it conservative and get a good tune and like everyone else said, you'll be fine.

i believe the real question is, where does the turbo make optimum power at on a B18B1

I have a garrett t3. 42/48 and I must say that this is a cheap, great all around turbo for a stock low hp setup. I'm 240whp with it and it starts spooling around 3k and hits full boost right before 4k.

depends on the thumbprint for the turbo.

I should b fine bro, just depending also on condition of ur motor,i have a db7 with a t3/t4 boosting 15 pounds max, bone stock internals ...but dont need 15 pounds,i spin 1st -3rd made 297 whp.and when i have got on it i usually boost 2 like 10-12 pounds..with of course all the rite parts to make last ...tune (highly recomended) fuel pump, injectors, fuel rail,...etc ...im sure u get the picture....not to shabby i think i also went as far as stage 2 skunk 2 valve train ...and so far no problems ...still sips gas like any honda...as long as u dont boost to crazy ur mpg retains itself.....took to vegas 2 wks ago and i was pushing it alil playing other cars and i made to jean (bout 15 min b4 vegas) on a tank ,now i figue if wouldve just drove 65-70 mph i would used a lot less fuel....but yeah ur motor should hang...just get all u need to make last...detonation is a killer in forced induction hondas...

^^
You should paragraph it and type correctly lol.

Back to the question.
Like everyone said. A good turbo like a T3/T4 + a good tune. With stock internals you can make about 8-12psi safe.

low boost is your friend with stock internals.

and like everyone else said, a good tune will make it all worth while, do a little research in the fi forums.
