eBay has great deals on aluminum rads... I have had 2 and they have worked great(1/2 size & a full size integra rad). Even had bosses for using an OEM fan.

I picked up my 1/2 size for around $75 shipped a month ago.

 

So I can still use the oem fan or would I have to get a new one?

 

most likely, yes you can. just make sure the one you get has mounts for the OEM fan. Most of them do.

 

i bought an ebay half size since my oem was broken and used the oem fan , will be upgrading to a mishimoto rad and fan soon thou

Get a mishimoto radiator theyre really good and you might as well go with the mishimoto slim fan to cus it initiates better cooling. You can run it with an OEM fan but its better to use the mishimoto fan itsa lot better.

 

i am thinking about replacing my thermostat for the one from mishimoto, but i just got a superstat in december, and jkalex05 how long have you had yours? does it last?

i had a koyo in my integra, and its out lasted 3 motors so far.

 

i use a dual core oem. works good, i'm sure those other ones do also if not better

 

Fluidyne for 5 years now, stock cooling fan, worked great with the stock motor and works great with the B18 that's in there now.

 

where can i find the koyo thermostat, i just read some reviews on it and it seems pretty ligit, i just can't find a website who sells them

 

well the mishimoto thermostat opens at a cooler temperature of 140 degrees, and has a lifetime warrenty but, the koyo thermostat opens at 160 degrees, but what i like about the koyo one is that if it breaks it stays stuck open, does anyone know if the mishimoto one does that?
