Default Speed Needle is below 0?

So the other day I went and cleaned up the cluster, took it out and cleaned some dust out. I put it back in and I see that the needle is now below 0? Drove it around and it does go up, but it stays below 0 and then goes up.

Is there away I can get it back on that zero again? i have a 91 CRX

Yea, i plugged everything back in. It reads miles and everything, but my needle dropped below 0 and now it goes up slowly and doesn't give the actual speed.

open the cluster so that you can turn the speedometer needle clockwise. once it goes about 3/4 of a full rotation you'll feel some pressure, turn it a little more then let go and see where the needle rests. keep adjusting until your satisfied.

Just tried it and it didn't seem to work. The needle just went below 0 again.

I have the stock 91 CRX cluster....

I was really hoping that it could be fixed and I wouldn't have to go out and find another one...
