Harnesses With Rear Seat Accessibility & Safety?

Does anyone know of a harness that can not only retain my rear seats, but also use them SAFELY for when I need to carry 4 passengers?
I currently have a set of F1 Spec bucket seats in my car that would be greatly complemented with a nice set of harnesses to help keep me in for my high performance driving. My main concern is safety, and using the stock 3pt seat belts with these seats is not exactly a perfect setup.
Any feedback would be appreciated, but as far as I know, there will be compromise here.

You mention "high performance driving". What does that mean exactly?
Please read the "Safety" section in the FAQ here ( https://honda-tech.com/forums/road-racing-autocross-time-attack-19/faq-road-racing-autocross-forum-2574277/ ), it goes into more detail about all of this, including various compromises.

I am pretty sure I'll just get a custom cage eventually, and gut the interior, but for now I guess I have to stick with the stock 3pt belt. As for the routing of the belt, there are holes on either side of the seats of course (for the lap belt in a harness), would it be possible for me to unhook and route the 3pt in those? Currently it sits on the seat sides and I pull it as tight as possible to try and hold me down, but it does not use the full rigidity of the seat this way.
Thanks again Stinky for helping answer my questions...I just wish that I had found your thread when I was searching before starting up this one.
I should take some pics of how I have my 3-point routed. All you need to do is unbolt the lowest shoulder belt bolt, pass that end through the left belt hole in the seat, and then bolt it in again. Then when you buckle the belt, pass the buckle through the right belt hole. Doing that will allow the lap belt to sit flush against your hips, rather than a few inches above them (which typically happens when you pass the belt over the seat bolsters).

I would really appreciate those pics. For some reason, when was installing the seats, I did not think the belts would fit in...obviously I was wrong.
