Default Mishimoto Radiators opinions anyone?

Gruppe S in Lake Forest, CA is having a sale on Mishimoto Radiators and they quoted me one for DIRT Cheap, but i before i picked it up i wanted to know if anyone had any experience with Mishimoto Radiators, i heard they are pretty good and were redesigned recently to be better, but does anyone have any REAL first hand experience with them that they can comment on?

How much did they quote you? Or how much is their advertised sale?

i paid $180 for my mishimoto radiator and $100 for the slim fan. If you really want a good setup get the fan to because it will initiate better cooling. And depending on what your going to do with your car you should invest in the mishimoto fan switch and thermostat which will open up the cooling faster. I really like the mishimoto radiator its a really good setup i have it in my 98 civic d16y8. The only little problem is that the hoses are kind of hard to get on because there small. You could always get some mishimoto hoses to which are really nice. But if your not gonna do a lot with your car just get the radiator. i reccommend the fan tho

They're fantastic! I've had a half size cooling the ITR motor my 99 hatch for about 5 years so far. So much cheaper than others I've seen and they do a great job of cooling. Summer has seen 104 degree weeks in the middle of one of the worst droughts in history where I am and the temp is a notch below halfway on the gauge. Highly recommended.

Only weak point I see is the draincock- just don't be an idiot and crank on it too hard.

The cost of the Radiator for me was $187.50 for a radiator brand new for my Del Sol, with magnetic drain plug on it. But they told me if i came in and grab some more stuff they'd hook it up even cheaper.

I just saw an ad on another forum about it, so the prices seem pretty good to me.
