left my car outside and just got a new gift from some kids, these scratches are not deep when i run my fingres over them i can bearly feel them

i doubt that will come off if u buff it... looks pretty deep... considering its that visible. wash it and see if its still that visible...if not,
try a cheap fix by getting one of those paint sticks that are supposed to fill scratches...i doubt you'll wanna spend a few hundred re-clearing or possibly blending it

Those are easy to come off. I've done worse one's than that, one's that you can actually feel the scratch. Just sand with 1500 then 2000 and buff with rubbing compound.
if it's deep,take it to a spotpainter.he fill the scratch with a airbrush.then let it dry,and then buff the hell out of it

try some scratch-x from megulars i tryed this on my old hatch and this product works great it tooked out my scratches,swirls and fade,also rubbing compound from turtle wax
